I had a fantastic experience at Concierge Storage a few days ago! The facility is super clean, tidy, and well-organized. I’ve been a tenant with Concierge Self Storage for a while and I have to say they’re very friendly, professional, helpful and fair with their pricing. The units are well kept, cleaned and heated. Thank you Mario and your Team for always helping me when I needed it.

I’ve been a tenant at Concierge Self Storage for the past three months, and I am truly impressed by the exceptional level of service I’ve received in such a short time. The drive-in storage has been a game changer, especially during these cold winter months it’s made the entire process so much easier and more convenient. What stands out even more is the incredible service provided by the staff and the top-notch facilities. The real-time notifications when deliveries are made and placed inside my unit have been a huge help. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions or requests, and they consistently go above and beyond to keep me informed about anything related to my unit. This proactive communication and attention to detail are unlike anything I’ve experienced before, and it’s sincerely valued and appreciated. They are aptly named “Concierge” because the level of service they provide truly mirrors that of a top-tier concierge personal, attentive, and tailored to your needs. I highly recommend Concierge Self Storage for anyone looking for outtanding service and peace of mind.

I have the best experience ever here at Concierge Self Storage. Kamal was very nice and helpful showing me the facility and helping me to choose the unit. She is very nice and helpful. Thanks Kamal.

I think this place is a contractor’s dream, I get to park my trucks in the back, and have my materials and tools safely stored in a unit, inside the drivethrough are, I even park my challenger in there during the winter, and the unit is still large enough to fit tools and other items even with the car. For the price I pay which is far better than the other two places I was at before, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else, and I doubt other storage facilities have these same features for the same low price.

Very friendly people, komal was very helpful. Clean facility.

I have had a storage unit for a few months now, and I really love how clean the place is . From the first time I visited the location to check it out, the owner was so friendly and showed me around. The receptionist, I really wish I remembered her name she was super friendly and answered all my questions. Also, when I needed to change my storage unit size, they were quick to help me resolve the issue as well when I had an issue with making a payment, so I highly recommend this place. We were greeted at the front, Mario showed us the locker size that we could choose from .he was very helpful what a very clean storage facility we would use it again .

I highly recommend this storage facility. Reason I say this is that it is very clean and climate controlled, which if you have any thing you like or don't want ruined due to heat, cold or humidity. Then you want to keep everything in climate controlled locker. Very secure facility and the espresso is pretty good too!

Selena is knowledgeable and so polite! Space is so clean and our unit is the right size. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Look no further….you have found the JEWEL of storage solutions A first class service…. Clean, very friendly staff and were very accommodating

Been using Self Storage for years. The storage and loading area's are impeccably clean, well lit, and music all over the building. Entrance and access with pickup truck and trailers is always simple and easy with plenty of space. The inside loading area's are well lit, with multiple dollies you can use. The personnel are a pleasure to deal with, with most of the paperwork and payment done electronically. My last rental unit I signed up without even shopping around. They were competitive when I did compare with other places previously. Concierge has become my go-to place for storage because they've earned it.

Very good

Extremely clean and very convenient. I like how they have an indoor garage to offload and load your items

As a small business owner i turn to self storage in order to successfully run my business and store inventory. Before Concierge officially opened i had the pleasure of speaking with Angelo who take care of me with upmost service. I contacted Angelo with regards to finding a 10x10 space so i can store inventory for my business. When we spoke, Angelo said he would send me details of the quote given to me over the phone within the hour. He went above and beyond by sending me the details in 10 minutes along with a follow up call right after. This is the kind of service that you cant find anywhere else in the city for self storage. After receiving the quote and having a point of contact that is easy to get a hold of, the decision was easy. The quote given to me was much lower than I had already been paying and the customer service was even better. Concierge Self Storage will be my go to storage choice in Vaughan and i recommend it to all!

Been researching and looking for a storage facility in Vaughan and I’ve been to quite a few different places for information. Generally, I take my time when making a decision, and I’m pretty glad I did since Concierge Self Storage recently opened up. It is extraordinarily clean, the staff there was very helpful, it’s climate controlled so I know I won’t need to worry about humidity and molding issues like many other places have. Pricing is very competitive given the quality of the facility and service level. And best of all, it’s a local business focused on quality, service, and security. Also, a shoutout and thanks to Lydia for her help today!!

Excellent Storage Facility! The climate control and the secure environment are two important factors for me to make a decision to rent a unit and this facility has exceeded my expectations! Very clean and large building! 10/10 customer service – I strongly recommend renting a unit here! Thank you Concierge!
